Advantages: 1.The casting equipment is machined by boring & milling machine, the arranging size of assembly holes of crystallizer is more accurate and are aligned better, so the components such as crystallizer can be disassembled more easily
2. The transfer plate with trapeziform open could not easily be wetted by molten aluminum so that can increase its service life
3. To make the cross feeder and the transition plate one piece which can prevent liquid aluminum seeping and avoid dent on the surface of billet, so the cost of thimble can be reduced.
4. Launder with V block could help prevent parts such as thimble from damaging when getting rid of aluminum dross and could reduce the oxide film.
5. The starting head base is machined by milling machine, all the starting head are extremely leveled to avoid leaking molten aluminum or cementing starting head at casting beginning.
