Application:
The furnace is a new style speed energy-saving melting furnace, mainly applied to the melting of aluminum alloys, especially to the discontinuous melting of single furnace with more scrap return such as aluminum sections, aluminum products, alloy board and waste aluminum etc.
Main technical parameters
1.Low energy consumption
High temperature smoke is fully absorbed by aluminum material in shaft furnace when it’s arising,and the furnace body is sealed well with good preserving temperature performance
2.Low burning loss
the flame is far away from furnace material, the material is melted once enter into liquid aluminum
3.Even furnace temperature and molten aluminum temperature
furnace gas circulation is strong and even distributed
4.Fast melting
Compared with traditional square furnace, because charging and melting can be done simultaneously for the circular furnace, charging does not take up the time of melting, generally speaking, the time for melting a furnace’s material is about 2 to 3 hours
5.Lower labor strength
Complete charging all aluminum ingot at a time or twice by forklift or crane, and then charging from the top of furnace by charging system no need of labor
Lift packed aluminum ingot to charging roof with crane either, then the ingot could be unpacked and threw into furnace by human or drive system
6. Easy to operate and clean up
7. Long furnace life, the lifetime of furnace base could be equal to or more than 4 years, and the shaft furnace life could be equal to or more than 2 years
Remarks
1.The main economic technology index: It is the target when every furnace reaches rated capacity; the packing material ratio is 30%(pure material), the rest are aluminum ingots; on the state of the furnace entering into heating balanced state and constantly regularly producing; in the process from charging to liquid aluminum reaches 740 ℃.
2. The furnace body height (H) and the roof operated floor height can be adjusted appropriately according to the condition of customers' workshops.
3. The related index could allow slight changes when customers use coal gas, coal and other crude fuels.
4. Part of fans' capacity, the quantity of burner will be adjusted appropriately when customers use poor fuel such as crude petroleum, slag oil and so on.
5. If all of above would be changed, please take the signed contracts as the standard. The provider remains the right to adjust structure size of some parts due to improving technique
